There will be a mandatory parent/player meeting on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at Carson High School.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PARENT MEETING:
1.  Attend the meeting for the specific division you are playing in, i.e., Regional, American, National (see times below). If you are unsure which division your players is in, please click on the TEAMS page and find your daughters name.  
2.  Make sure you have completed the following tasks PRIOR to this meeting:
     A. Go to the  Registration tab above.
          Click on Club Affiliation to register and pay for the Carolina    Region Membership (this is a separate fee from the HRVC fees).
         Click on 2023-2024 Pay Club Fees to register and pay for the High Rock Volleyball Club Membership (this is a separate fee from the Carolina Region Fee).
     B.  Go to the Information Tab above - Click on DOCUMENTS, Print out the Medical Release and Letter of Commitment, complete these documents and bring to the meeting.
3. Bring a current sports physical for the player.
4.  This is the ONLY time your player will get fitted for their jerseys.  A parent or guardian MUST be present at the time of the fitting to sign off on the sizing.

Please do not park in the grass at Grace Lutheran Church.  There is plenty of parking available in front of the Family Life Center.  Thank you!

Please remember that parents are currently allowed in the gym for practices, however, parents need to sit on the sidelines and not interact with the players.  Please do not interfere with practice or attempt to coach or instruct your player from the sidelines.  

The fees for High Rock Volleyball Club, 2023-2024 season:
Regional - $550.00 
American - $950.00
National - $1,550.00

ALL TEAMS are required to register and pay the Carolina Region Membership fee.
AMERICAN/NATIONAL: In addition to Carolina Region Membership Fee, you may required to register and pay for a membership to AAU (will depend on the tournament schedule).

Uniform Packages:
ALL TEAMS:
- High Rock Volleyball Club practice tee-shirt 
- Black Spandex shorts (can be purchased at HRVC store or from any local sporting goods store)
- Jersey (Regional teams - 1 jersey, American/National - 2 jerseys) 
- American/National Teams - warm up jacket/pants, backpack 

*HRVC practice tee-shirt, warm up jacket/pants will be purchased through the HRVC store.
*Back-packs will be purchased directly from HRVC.
*Jersey - will be purchased from our supplier (fittings will be held on signing date) (cost for jerseys will be added in with your HRVC membership fee).
 

The High Rock Store for the 2023-2024 Season is up and running.  The store will close on November 4 so we can place our first order.  We will then open the store back up for another two weeks.
